Physical Products

60-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return for eligible physical products within 60 calendar days from the date the order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the physical product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must include all original parts, accessories, manuals, hardware, and packaging whenever possible.
  • The product must not show signs of misuse, modification, installation damage, or damage caused after delivery.
  • Proof of purchase, order number, or order confirmation may be required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a full refund.

How to Start a Physical Product Return

To start a return request, please contact our customer support team before sending any item back.

For returns related to change of mind, incorrect selection, size preference, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong product, the customer may be responsible for:

Approved resolutions for damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items will be provided at no additional cost to the customer when the issue is verified.

Digital Products, Software Licenses, Downloads, and Online Access

Some products sold by Kaymarli Home may be digital products, including but not limited to software licenses, license keys, activation codes, download links, online access, digital files, templates, or other electronically delivered products.

Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned. Because of this, digital product purchases may be non-refundable once the product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, activated, redeemed, registered, or used, except where required by law or where the issue is caused by Kaymarli LLC.

For software products, the product page will provide important details such as the software name, edition, license type, subscription duration or license term, number of users or devices, compatibility information, delivery method, and activation instructions when applicable.

Software and Third-Party Product Notice

Some software products sold on our website may be produced by third-party software publishers. Product names, brand names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products being sold.

For example, QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. When QuickBooks products are listed on our website, Kaymarli LLC sells eligible software products as an independent reseller. Kaymarli LLC is not Intuit Inc.

Digital Delivery

Digital products are usually delivered to the email address provided at checkout after the order has been successfully paid and reviewed. Digital delivery may include a license key, activation code, download link, account access information, setup instructions, or other electronic delivery details.

Some digital orders may require manual review before delivery for payment security, fraud prevention, order accuracy, product availability, or eligibility verification.

No physical shipping is required for digitally delivered products unless the product page clearly states that a physical item is included.

Order Cancellation Before Digital Delivery

You may request to cancel a digital product order before the product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, activated, redeemed, registered, or used.

If your cancellation request is received before delivery or activation, we will review the request and may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Once a digital product, license key, activation code, download link, or access information has been delivered, cancellation may no longer be available because digital products cannot be physically returned.

Digital Product Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered for a digital product if:

  • The digital product was not delivered.
  • The customer received the wrong digital product.
  • The license key, activation code, download link, or access information does not work because of an issue caused by Kaymarli LLC.
  • The customer was charged more than once for the same order.
  • The digital product is materially different from the description shown at the time of purchase.
  • The software cannot be activated because of a verified license issue caused by Kaymarli LLC.

If a digital product issue is verified, Kaymarli LLC may offer one or more of the following solutions:

  • Corrected delivery information
  • A replacement license, activation code, or access link
  • Updated download, installation, or activation instructions
  • Technical activation support
  • A refund when appropriate

Digital Product Refund Limitations

Refunds are generally not available for digital products when:

  • The product has already been delivered, accessed, downloaded, activated, redeemed, registered, or used.
  • The customer changed their mind after purchase.
  • The customer purchased the wrong product, edition, version, license term, user count, or subscription type by mistake.
  • The product is incompatible with the customer’s device, operating system, account, region, company file, software setup, or technical environment where compatibility information was provided before purchase.
  • The customer no longer wants or needs the digital product.
  • The customer fails to follow the provided installation, activation, access, or setup instructions.
  • The customer provides incorrect checkout information, including an incorrect email address, and the product has already been delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

Refund Process

For approved physical product returns, once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

For approved digital product refunds, we will review the issue and notify you of the approval status after the request has been evaluated.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Most approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Charges and Products

The following charges or products may be non-refundable unless the return or refund request is caused by a verified product defect, shipping damage, missing item, fulfillment error, duplicate charge, or digital delivery issue caused by Kaymarli LLC:

Return and Refund Eligibility Limitations

  • The physical item has been used, installed, damaged, altered, or modified after delivery.

  • The customer provides incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information during the return or refund review.

Exchanges and Replacements

We may offer replacements, replacement parts, corrected digital access, a replacement license, corrected activation details, or other reasonable solutions when appropriate, especially for damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or non-working products.

Availability of replacement items, parts, digital access, or licenses may depend on current inventory, supplier availability, publisher availability, or technical limitations.

If a replacement is not available, we may offer an alternative solution or refund when appropriate.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
