1. Physical Product Shipping Coverage

We currently ship eligible physical product orders within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship physical products internationally. Certain large, heavy, fragile, oversized, or special-handling products may not be available for delivery to some remote locations, restricted areas, or addresses not serviced by our shipping carriers.

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not physically shipped unless the product page clearly states that a physical item is included.

2. Shipping Carrier

We use reliable U.S. shipping carriers to deliver eligible physical product orders safely and efficiently. Depending on the product, delivery address, product size, product weight, and carrier availability, orders may be shipped using carriers such as FedEx or other available carrier services.

Carrier selection is determined based on the best available service for the order and delivery location.

3. Physical Order Processing Time

We work to process physical product orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, are typically processed for same-business-day fulfillment.
  • Orders placed after the daily cut-off time are generally processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are generally processed on the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

4. Estimated Physical Delivery Time

We offer 2-business-day shipping within the United States for eligible physical product orders.

Most eligible physical orders are delivered within approximately 2 business days after shipment, depending on the delivery address, carrier service availability, successful carrier pickup, and order verification.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect shipping addresses, remote delivery locations, access issues, high shipping volume, or operational disruptions.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs for physical products are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping rates may be based on:

  • Large, heavy, fragile, oversized, or special-handling requirements

6. Tracking Information for Physical Orders

Some carriers and some large, heavy, or special-handling products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted delivery locations.

For eligible physical products that require carrier delivery, a valid residential or commercial street address may be required.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Kaymarli Home is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, restricted, or inaccessible addresses.

8. Large, Heavy, Fragile, or Special-Handling Product Shipping

Some physical products sold by Kaymarli Home may be large, heavy, fragile, oversized, or require special handling.

10. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Physical Shipments

If your physical order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and assist with a resolution.

Digital products are not physically shipped. When a digital product order is approved and processed, delivery will be made electronically to the email address provided by the customer at checkout.

For example, QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. When QuickBooks products are listed on our website, Kaymarli LLC sells eligible software products as an independent reseller. Kaymarli LLC is not Intuit Inc.

14. Digital Delivery Time

Digital products are usually delivered after the order has been successfully paid, approved, and processed.

Some digital product orders may require manual review before delivery for payment security, fraud prevention, order accuracy, product availability, license eligibility, or verification purposes.

Digital delivery timing may vary depending on the product, order review status, payment confirmation, and availability of the digital license or access information.

15. Customer Email Responsibility for Digital Orders

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate email address at checkout.

Kaymarli Home is not responsible for digital delivery delays caused by an incorrect email address, full inbox, spam filters, email provider restrictions, customer email access issues, or other customer-controlled email settings.

If you do not receive your digital delivery email after your order has been processed, please check your spam, junk, promotions, updates, or filtered email folders before contacting us.

18. Refused or Undeliverable Physical Packages

If a physical package is refused, returned to sender, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, access issue, or carrier delivery restriction, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees, reshipping fees, or carrier charges.

Refunds for refused or undeliverable physical packages may be reduced by applicable shipping and handling costs unless the issue was caused by an error from Kaymarli Home.
