Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States.
At this time, we do not guarantee international shipping availability for all products.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered within approximately 2–3 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.
Delivery times may vary during holidays, severe weather, or high-volume periods.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We primarily use trusted carriers such as FedEx Home Delivery® for residential shipments.
Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, package size, and operational requirements.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and shipment updates.
Please allow a short period for tracking information to become active after shipment confirmation.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No. Most oversized items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
A valid residential or commercial street address is required for delivery.
What happens if my package is delayed?
Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays caused by weather conditions, operational disruptions, or seasonal demand.
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact our support team and we will assist you in investigating the shipment.
Products & Packaging
Why is my pillow compressed in the box?
Many of our oversized pillows are vacuum-compressed to reduce shipping size and protect the product during transit.
This packaging method is safe and helps improve shipping efficiency.
How long does the pillow take to fully expand?
Most pillows regain approximately 90% of their shape within a few hours after opening.
For best results, allow 24–48 hours for full expansion and optimal firmness.
Is the foam smell normal after opening?
A mild foam odor may be noticeable after unpacking due to vacuum sealing and packaging.
This is temporary and usually disappears after the product has aired out for several hours in a ventilated room.
How should I clean my pillow?
Please follow the care instructions provided on the product page and product label.
Depending on the model:
- Covers may be removable and washable
- Foam inserts generally should not be machine washed
Improper cleaning methods may damage the product.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.
Returned products must generally be unused, in original condition, and returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I request a return?

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
Our team will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Who pays return shipping costs?
For non-defective returns or buyer’s remorse returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, Kaymarli LLC may provide a prepaid return label or replacement.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
