  • Open the product within 7 days of delivery.
  • Place the pillow on a flat, ventilated surface during expansion.

Foam Expansion Process

Most memory foam and shredded foam products require time to fully expand after unpacking.

Expected Expansion Timeline

  • Initial expansion: within several hours
  • Full expansion and optimal firmness: approximately 24–48 hours

Expansion time may vary depending on:

  • Room temperature
  • Product size
  • Storage conditions during transit

A mild odor may occasionally be present after opening due to packaging and compression. This is temporary and typically dissipates after airing out the product in a well-ventilated room.

  • Allow the foam to fully air dry before reuse
