We proudly offer expedited shipping on our oversized reading pillows and comfort products across the United States.

Shipping Carrier

We primarily use FedEx Home Delivery® for residential shipments to provide dependable delivery service, including weekend residential delivery in many areas.

Delivery Coverage

Operating from our fulfillment network in the United States allows us to provide fast delivery to most customers nationwide.

  • Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days after shipment.
  • Delivery times for remote, rural, or coastal regions may vary slightly depending on carrier coverage and operational conditions.

Please note that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Processing & Fulfillment

We work hard to process orders as quickly as possible.

Daily Order Cut-Off

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) are typically processed for same-business-day dispatch.

Handling Time

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays are generally processed within 1 business day.

Weekend Orders

Our fulfillment operations run Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Real-Time Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped and scanned by the carrier, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor shipment progress in real time.

If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.


Oversized Item Packaging & Expansion

To ensure safe transportation and easier handling, many of our oversized pillows are shipped using vacuum-compressed packaging.

Unboxing Instructions

  • Carefully remove the product from the protective packaging.
  • Avoid using sharp objects that could damage the fabric or foam.
  • We recommend opening the package within 7 days of delivery.

Foam Expansion

Your pillow may require time to fully expand after unpacking.

  • Most products regain approximately 90% of their shape within a few hours.
  • Full expansion and optimal firmness may take approximately 24–48 hours depending on room temperature and product size.

This process is normal and helps reduce shipping size while protecting product integrity during transit.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Product dimensions and weight
  • Carrier service availability

Customers will see the final shipping cost before completing checkout.


PO Box Restrictions

Please note that FedEx Home Delivery® cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

A valid residential or commercial street address is required for all shipments.


Delivery Issues & Claims

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.

Our support team will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist with resolution whenever possible.
